Dietary: vegan, keto option, paleo, vegetarian, nut-free
INGREDIENTS
1 cup cashew pieces (optional soak in hot water for 30mins)
½ cup can coconut milk
2 tbsp honey
1 vanilla bean or 1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup cold water
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the cashew pieces, can coconut milk, honey or keto sweetener, and cold water in a blender Secure lid and d until smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
