Easy Gluten-Free No Yeast Bagels

Craving delicious bagels without gluten and yeast? Look no further! These homemade gluten-free and dairy-free bagels are scrumptious and a breeze to make! Our Gluten-Free Pantry ingredients: flour, baking powder, yogurt, and all seasonings.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup What The Flour (WTF) 1:1 Gluten-Free Flour Blend (more if needed)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder (Bakers Supply House)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large egg whites divided
  • 1 cup dairy-free yogurt (Silk coconut)
  • bagel seasoning topping (Alberta Spice all seasoning), whatever you like (sweet or savoury), optional

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Lined baking sheet with parchment paper sprayed lightly with cooking r place a silpat on your baking sheet.

  2. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Whisk together and set aside.

  3. Whisk 1 egg white and yogurt until for about 1 – 2 minutes mix.

  4. Add the yogurt mixture to the flour mixture and mix well. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour until you can handle it without sticking to your hands. Helpful to grease hands.

  5. Form the dough into a large dough ball using your hands, then divide it into four sections. Roll each section into thick ropes and then attach the ends to form a bagel shape. Alternatively, make a disc and a hole in the centre while rotating to give the desired size.

  6. Lightly brush the other egg white over the top of each bagel and sprinkle with the topping of choice. Bake for 20 minutes until the tops are lightly browned. Enjoy!
