No Yeast Cinnamon Crescent Rolls

Makes: 4 cups
In a large bowl, add the first 4 ingredients. Using a table knife or firm wire whisk cut butter into mixture until it resembles fine crumbs.
Add yogurt, toss with whisk until dough clings and a ball is formed. Divide as desired according to recipe. Wrap with plastic or parchment paper and chill for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator or 15 minutes in the freezer.
When ready, roll out between parchment paper about 10 – 12 inches wide. Evenly spread the cinnamon butter over the crescent rolls and roll up tightly. Place the tip side down on the cookie sheet. Bake for 15 – 25 minutes.
For Drizzle, in a medium bowl, melt chocolate chips mixed in the warm coconut milk. Serve and enjoy!
