These gluten-free No-Baked Chocolate Dip Granola Bars are healthy, quick, and delicious. You can mix it up with a variety of mix-ins flavours.

Chilling Time: 1 hr Makes: One 8x8 pan
- 1/2 cup seed or nut butter (Healthy Crunch Banana Chocolate Seed butter)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups rolled oats (Stoked Oats with walnuts, Coffee & Dark Chocolate)
- 1-1/2 cups granola mix (GluteNull Quinoa Granola mix)
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (Healthy Crunch Dark Chocolate Chips)
- Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the seed or nut butter and maple syrup until smooth.
- Add the oats and granola mix, stir to combine, and press firmly into the pan. Chill for at least 1 hour, then slice into bars. Melt chocolate, and dip bars, and let cool in the fridge or freezer. Serve and enjoy!
