Banana Chocolate Chip Gratin - Grain-Free | Paleo | Vegetarian

Preheat the oven at 350F (180C).
Grease 9-inch shallow ovenproof baking dish (pie, square or casserole). Place the bananas in the bottom of the dish.
In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, coconut milk, and maple syrup. Add the almond flour and salt; beat until combined.
Pour the mixture over the bananas, spread the chocolate chips on top. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until edges turn light golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
